Meet Us

Chef Ryan Nitschke is a homegrown Fargo, ND talent.  

He has been the recipient of several local and national awards and attention including two James Beard Best Chef Midwest nominations, two AAA Four Diamond Awards, and alongside his business partner Nikki Berglund was nominated for James Beard Outstanding Restaurateur.  Firmly linked to his roots and looking towards the future, he is, above all, passionate about food and his surrounding community. Using innovation fueled by honesty and thoughtfulness, Ryan leads Fargo kitchens while creating memorable experiences for all sorts. His aim is to nurture and grow his talents while educating those around him with his clear vision and admirable boldness.
