Meet Us

Chef Ryan Nitschke is a homegrown Fargo, ND talent.  

He has been the recipient of several local and national awards and attention including a James Beard Best Chef Midwest nomination and two AAA Four Diamond Awards.  Firmly linked to his roots and looking towards the future, he is, above all, passionate about food and his surrounding community. Using innovation fueled by honesty and thoughtfulness, Ryan leads Fargo kitchens while creating memorable experiences for all sorts. His aim is to nurture and grow his talents while educating those around him with his clear vision and admirable boldness.
